Can I export Knowledge Base articles?

Individual knowledge base articles can be exported to PDF format for offline viewing or sharing. Here's how:

  1. Open the knowledge base article you wish to export within Pylon

  2. Click the overflow (three dots) menu in the top right corner of the article

  3. Select the print option and save as PDF

Note: Articles can only be exported individually. Bulk export of multiple articles is not currently supported.
