How do I integrate Granola with Pylon?

Last updated: March 31, 2026

Make sure your Granola plan is at least Business tier -- this is required to integrate with Zapier.

You will also need to have a Zapier account in order to complete the Granola integration.

  1. Go to the Apps Directory page

  2. Click on the Granola app and hit Connect.

  3. Login to Zapier and complete the template.

    1. Connect your Granola account to the first block. For trigger event, both "Note added to folder" or "Note shared with Zapier" will function properly. We highly recommend using the "Note added to folder" trigger, and configuring recurring meetings to be automatically added to that folder. Unfortunately, we are unaware of any way to automatically add non-recurring meetings to that folder, so syncing to Pylon will require manually moving those notes into the configured folder.

b. In the Configure step - select your workspace and the folder you would like to send notes to Zapier (or no folder, at all, if using the manual share trigger)

c. In the Pylon step - Select sign in to connect your Pylon account. Generate and enter in an API token from Pylon.

  1. Publish your Zap.

  2. Once Granola notes are shared to Zapier, you'll see them show up on the Apps Directory > Granola page and start getting ingested and becoming visible in all Pylon features.

Due to limitations in the amount of data Granola surfaces, timestamps and specific speakers are missing on call recordings.
