How do I integrate Fireflies.ai with Pylon?

Make sure you are a Fireflies.ai administrator before going through the app install process.

You need to be on the Fireflies enterprise tier to set webhooks for the whole team. Team level webhooks are required for all call recordings from your team to be pulled into Pylon - you can find more information here.

  1. Go to the Apps Directory page

  2. Click on the Fireflies app and hit Connect.

  3. Login to Fireflies and go to the webhooks page

    1. Copy your Webhook URL and Secret Key from Pylon to Fireflies

    2. Add Meeting transcribed to the list of subscribed objects

    3. Test webhook and make sure it works

  4. On the Fireflies settings page go to the API Key page and copy your API Key into Pylon

  5. Once you receive Fireflies calls, you'll see them show up on the Apps Directory > Fireflies page and start getting ingested and becoming visible in all Pylon features.

Note: To protect participant privacy, on the call list in the Fireflies integration page in Pylon, you will only be able to see calls which you were a participant in. Calls from other members of your team in Fireflies will still be pulled in and attributed to the correct Pylon account.
