How do I connect my Google Calendar to Pylon?

Last updated: October 13, 2026

To connect your Google Calendar to Pylon:

  1. A Pylon Admin must enable the integration in the Settings > Integrations by selecting the Google Calendar tile and clicking on "Connect."

  2. After the integration is enabled for your workspace, users can connect their personal calendars by navigating to the Integrations Directory and selecting "Connect Google Calendar."

Note: Each user must connect their own Google Calendar individually. The integration only imports calendar events for the user who authenticated—there is no option for a Google Workspace admin to authenticate and integrate all calendars in the organization at once.

  1. This will redirect users to the Google account selector sign-in page.

  2. Choose the appropriate Google account and follow the authorization prompts to complete the connection.

  3. Once successfully connected, historical meetings and meetings scheduled up will be visible in Pylon.

Understanding Calendar Sync

Visibility: Once connected, your meetings become visible to all Pylon users in your workspace, not just you. You can filter meetings by organizer to find meetings from a specific person, and the "Connected Members" tab shows which team members have connected their calendars.

Out of Office events and user status: Native Out of Office events from connected Google Calendars can automatically set the user’s Pylon status to Out of Office while the event is active, if that user has enabled out-of-office sync for their calendar connection.

Account Field Population: Meetings will populate account-level fields like "Last Meeting Date" and "Next Meeting Date" when there is a customer domain match between the calendar invite and the account in Pylon.
