How do I create links to other KB articles?

To ensure your links to other articles in your help center articles are maintained when article URLs or slugs are updated, you can use relative links using Pylon Knowledge Base functionality. Including relative links instead of absolute links when writing articles can be done directly in the article editor.

To bring up the article search function

• Type the plus sign OR

• On a new line type /link to get started

This will bring up a knowledge base search window where you can find the relevant article and link directly to it. This link will stay up to date with any modifications made to the linked articles URLs/slugs.
