How to update Salesforce Account Mapping

If you need to update your Salesforce integration account mappings in Pylon (for example, to fix duplicate accounts), you can manage this through the Salesforce integration in Pylon:

1. Navigate to the Integrations Directory in Pylon (or Settings > Integrations)

2. Select your Salesforce integration

3. Click on the "Account Mapping" tab

4. To find accounts that need mapping, use the "unmapped" filter to view all Pylon accounts without a Salesforce link, then map them manually

5. To remap an account, toggle it to "Mapped"

6. Search for the account you want to remap and change the mapping to the correct Salesforce Account ID. Replace the SFDC account ID with the correct Salesforce Account ID (15 or 18‑character ID), not the full Salesforce URL.
