How to Add Images to Knowledge Base Articles

There are two easy ways to add images to your knowledge base articles:
Method 1: Using the /image Command
Type /image in the article editor where you want to insert the image. This will open the image upload dialog.
Method 2: Drag and Drop
Simply drag an image file from your computer and drop it directly into the article editor where you want the image to appear.
Both methods will automatically upload and insert the image into your article at the cursor position.
